Whatever the BSNL can come, people will use other providers only. Lot of benefits are there over BSNL.. When compared to AIRTEL i met with lot of Busy tomes in BSNL..always the network will be in congestion only. And they dont have corporate sort of scheme, which certainly a lose in Chennai kinda city

How about the local calls?? Are they free?
