Traffic Jam, Traffic Sandwich and Traffic burger

I was just a small droplet of water in the huge ocean of vehicles on Poonamalle High road, yesterday evening 7 PM IST.

After four tiresome days, i thought i would leave home early. And I did start early. I have a powerful bike that can Zap me home in 25 minutes. Yet I couldnt make home early. Why ?

Other people on road wont let me.

Its pathetic see people on Cars. They are resident on one corner of the road. While the two-wheelers walk past it. I wont buy a car, until the "Fifth Element" kind of traffic comes in.

Chennai is overflowing. So, this is how its going to be. Too many miutes wasted on traffic. God ! I cant imagine summer afternoons on a mount road signal.

Sometime i just think, I've grown into a dynamic-complaint generator. (And now, I start complaining about myself)..

Talking of complaints, here's something you might want to use effectively.

You should have taken some sandhu/bondhu to reach home :-) !

Why not listen to "Maruti Traffic Beat" before starting home?

Dude, let go of this complaint thing ok? (i mean, dont complain about complaining until some one complains to u about it. ok??:)
I suggest this: write complaints. But dont feel too emotional about it. Make it fact finding. It is easier said than done. But try. of course, Keep an open mind too. And when u "think", think calmly. I swear that it helps! Perhaps think of it with a smile...as if u are watching some comedy scene on a movie..(come to think of it, may be u meant this blog to be laughed at too ,including the part about u complaiing about complaining...)
so u see, I too have a lot of recursive thoughts;) Just break it arbitarily. Most of them serve no value than "entertaining yourself" ;).

To the point:
Dont become keerthi Kabaab for the crows of chennai in the summer. Drink a lot of water! (that's probably the best sentence i have said as an advise ever! but then that was told by a very wise man... so follow it:)

Now it was terrific in all the places..around Guindy Kaththipara..MathyaKailash..front of TidelPark..Velachery Checkpost..Everywhere the traffic is overflow...
Traffic police are unable to maintain the traffic where their number is very less..don't have that much good system to maintain it....
Hope some of TR Balu's project will try to decrease the traffic...

"Maruti Traffic Beat" is not that much of effective..Always saying saying traffic in some places, thought not like that...

Keerthi,
First of all, cars are the root of all evil. Or at least that's how i've justified my inability to buy one :)
Second of all, have you tried the sing-while-you-ride trick? I do it all the time. You don't have to worry about anything and can let go at the top of your blessed voice. Never mind strange glances from fellow motorists.

What's more, depending on the speed at which you're going, or whether you are moving or caught in a signal/jam, you can vary the pace of your songs!

No, no, don't thank me and all!

Keerthi.. traffic jams are not only on main roads.. arterial roads and even sandhu pondhu... last evening between 8:45 pm and 9:35 pm, I was stuck in traffic on our own Villivakkam Level Crossing... felt sorry that I took my car.. had it been my bike.. I would have negotiated and atleast reached somewhat early...
