lot of ppl think that those who drive slower vehicles (TVS 50 etc) doesn't need to wear helmet.. the point is, there is no correlation b/n the size of the vehicle and the chances of getting hit... though a cyclist wearing a helmet might seem a bit too much, i would say that it is necessary.
Hats off to him. Why does not who drive cycles need no helmet. If they fall, or get involved in an accident, they get hurt too.
