Excellent Cartoon! Very apt for the current situation. He does not have any option other than mending the punctured tyre at this point of time. Putting Mr. PC on home is a attempt to heal 2 wounds with a single medicine :-)
BTW, You checked the series of Operation Water Rat videos on IBN website or TV news? Any clue when they did that? I'm scared, and even ashamed to link or embed those video !!
